Financial Aid

Burton Beach Rowing Club believes that all youth who want to row should be able to do so, regardless of economic circumstance.
To help make this possible, BBRC is proud to have partnered with the George Pocock Rowing Foundation (GPRF) to offer need-based scholarships to support to our rowers.

  • Partial and full financial aid packages are available.
  • Funds may be used to cover the cost of program registration, regatta fees, swimming instruction, and transportation.
  • Youth of color and those facing socio-economic barriers are encouraged to apply.

In addition, we encourage members to apply for the USRowing Bridge Program, which covers a free upgrade from the basic to championship membership level and waives entry fees at USRowing Youth Regionals and Nationals.
