Winter Training

November 13 – January 19

The goal of winter training is to improve strength and conditioning in a motivating and supportive environment. Rowers will have individualized work out plans that focus on circuit training and obtaining measurable improvements on the erg.

November 13: Bodywork workshop

November 14: Orientation to winter training 

 

Regular Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:20-5:50: Indoor workouts with circuit training and ergs

Saturday mornings: On-the-water rowing
